LogicMaps 1.0 is essentially a finished product. Now it needs the usual company infrastructure to take it to market: a place of business, a management team, a product support function, and some strategic partnerships with a few early adopters to air it out from the consumer point of view.

I am looking for investors who will take a role in recruiting a CEO, as I have done in previous ventures. I am most comfortable with the role of founder, chief scientist, and market evangelist. It suits me. I have taken over as CEO during leadership transitions in the past, so I am capable. And in my Y2K venture, I was the CEO from the start, but that was an already developed, one-time market with a one-time product. It was not really a company building endeavor, so minimum infrastructure and low overhead was the strategy from the start.

This venture is more like my first one. The market needs to be developed, and there are natural follow-on products which will require some technical innovations which interest me. One is translating back from the LogicMap into better, now normalized natural language versions of the rules. Another is using the graph structure of the BDDs behind the LogicMaps to automatically compute a logical net difference between two versions of rules which would allow legal professionals to regression test changes.
